What is the best thing to use for the color of my hand-drawn anime art?
I love to draw anime, but never can it look so great I like to do in the other fan sites all the time PPL. I have been told that the use of Photoshop, Paint Shop, Prismacolors .. and lots of other things that I did not even I can remember to mention. I wonder if there is a computer program which would be the best and if there are markers / pencils and what it would be best to choose? I would like a little help with this, because my painting is not merely reg cutting is really long and I have to do everything slowly and ends up looking all weird in the final. If I use my regular bookmarks (IE and crayon for example) that makes them look childish and poorly drawn. I wish you a bright and beautiful as they do in anime fan sites and such. Thanks for your time. Roe
Computer wise, many use photoshop because it's fairly easy to learn and adjust. I personally do not, but if you search online, you can find guides for using Photoshop and other digital programs the median. As for the coloring of the hand, is a personal choice in what you use. Personally I have heard that the products are good for prismacolor color with them because they are of good quality. They are a little more expensive but worth the money. Prismacolors for two markers and colored pencils are less waxy and smooth to go to their counterparts in crayon. There are other medium you can try as well, but it's all about experimentation. Your best bet is probably go to your local art store and see what kind of medium they have to work with, and of what quality.
