A Gala Display of plants and crystal figurines
A few years ago I volunteered to help a friend with one of these improvement works of two men home. When I entered the house I noticed a lot of red spots on the dining room wall so far. I thought her four-year term got into the paint and splattered the walls. What a surprise I had when I arrived at the dining room.
When I entered the room I noticed that the spots were patches of red paint. They were the reflections of something and I was wondering what all the beautiful patterns on the wall.
When I turned to my right I saw it: a
magnificent sample of established plants on the shelves of glass covering a double window. Among the plants were small colored glass vessels ranging in height three to six inches.
On the wall to my right were the reflections of blue and green vases. Interspersed with these reflections were the bright lights of dance. At first, I could not identify the cause of moving lights. When I approached the plants he found the culprit.
In two of the pots were crystal figurines animals. One plant had a glass elephant and the other had a crystal butterfly. The gentle breeze coming through the open window was moving the leaves of plants in front Butterfly glass, blocking the sunlight. As the breeze died down again leaves its static position and the clear reflection literally danced on the walls.
Under the window and on the floor to the sides of the window were large-leaved plants in the stands of the plant. In clay pots and were crystal figurines. Red, blue highlights, green and light spread over the walls, the dining room table and floor. I stepped back to take in the scene. It was really amazing.
The provision is plant and the glass looked like a professional florist had created the screen. My friend saw that impressed me. He smiled and said, "Welcome to our forest. My wife has two passions: indoor plants and glass. They keep me pretty busy. Next week they all go outside and come back around mid-October. I clean figures and put the glass in the cabinet until the fall. "
Thinking about this experience, I realized the creativity my friend's wife had used the together the two things he liked. He had created a gala display of plants and crystal figurines.
