Wow, you can cook all that???? If so, I’m coming to your house.
Seriously, don’t do more than you can handle. If you haven’t done Thanksgiving before and you are trying to do it up to impress everyone because it is the first time, you might want to go a little simpler. Not to mention, all that is going to be expensive and time consuming.
But if you really are a gifted chef and can do (and afford) all that, go for it.
You might want to throw in some of the more common and traditional foods (ie cranberry sauce or green bean casserole) or not.
The good thing about Thanksgiving is that much of what we eat today is not what the pilgrims ate so you really can make Thanksgiving whatever you want. And it sounds as if you have a fabulous menu.
Just don’t get so over your head that you can’t enjoy the time with your family.
