There is a choice of two courses to choose from for both age groups. The first course is known as the "semi-intensive 24 hours", which is 3 days a week for 2 hours each day. This course costs $ 1400 pesos. An additional $ 500 weights are required for registration and materials.
The second course is open for both age groups, again called the "intensive course of 40 hours, "which takes place 5 days a week and lasts 2 hours each day. This course costs $ 1800 pesos. An additional $ 500 pesos is required to registration and materials.
