Where I can find bars, ham and egg breakfast?

I went to a small school that serves breakfast bars, once a week. Were made of egg ham and cheese and had a kind of crisp outer crust and were in an oval shape. I should have been pre-packaged. Where can for those. These were not definatley hot breakfast pocket. They were long and very thin oval.
