How I can identify a sculpture?

The sculpture is about 3 ½ feet tall. It consists of a rectangular base with a brushed steele identical high. The top box brushed Steele is open like a flower pot. However, between these two tables is an area that has been cut steele in the sand, I can only describe as, floor and ceiling of a cave connected. It's really unique, but I have no idea how to identify the artist.
