Different states in America offer different types of food Mexico. One type is Tex-Mex food . Located in the state of Texas and consists of Mexico and the United States dishes. The dishes made in the Tex-Mex are similar to Mexican foods such as burritos, but the difference is the type of chile pepper they use. On food Tex-Mex, green chile pepper is used. The peppers are grown throughout the state. It is becoming more popular in other states as well. Green Chile Pepper can be used in almost any type of dish including amburgers.

Railway was nicknamed Tex-Mex to refer to the railroad and to describe Mexicans who are born in Texas. The mission was mixed with foods from Spanish and Mexican Texas. It got its name by the Texans (Hispanics born in Texas). Different regions of the state maintains the similar to each other food. Over time, other foods such as goat and cow's head gained popularity.
