Where I can find the tortillas used in real-time Mexican food places?
I want to find tortillas used for burritos in places of Mexican food. No flour tortillas shit you buy at the supermarket. The warm chewy true type … Any help would be greatly appreciated:)
guys go to chile or Mexican restaurant (or any other real Mexican restaurant) and ask if you are selling fresh tortillas .. Also .. you could make your own .. not hard .. is basically flour, salt .. a little oil, butter or lard .. any type of fat you prefer .. and a little water .. just to work together, deploy extremely thin, real fast and bake in a pan .. takes only a few mintues .. and many cultures have the same bread, just a different name .. In Mexico, tortilla, chapati or roti called India .. Middle East, the bread called flat (not pita, not to confuse you, pita has yeast) .. all the recipes are basically the same .. just google a recipe for tortilla .. .. You can make your own .. Stack them, freeze them and use them as you like .. (Impress your friends)
